A touch screen, sound based, icon based system has been developed for the workers to enable them to exercise their rights by their own. The system will empower the worker by registering demand, his grievance and printing of dated receipt of demand, status of grievance, payslip, entitlement of the worker, unemployment allowance and the site allocated for work
